Update on the Hummingbird Hut

Our contractor is done!!! For the most part. That’s a picture of Bryan Moore, of Stellalux Construction looking at the building he and his crews have built in our back yard in Oakland.  We are still awaiting some final HVAC work, and a final inspection by the City, but for the most part the Hummingbird Hut is built!  Now to add acoustical treatments to the interior.  We got an awesome sit/stand studio desk off Craigslist too.  Score!  We also found a lovely rug that is being cleaned at the moment, and should arrive sometime next week.
